They would not be labeled as terrorists if they only resort to peaceful protests such as giving away stickers which express their abhorrence on SUVs.   The people who set fire on the SUVs and some SUV dealerships may be labeled as terrorists because of their clear violation of the criminal laws of the United States, particularly committing an â€Å"act dangerous to human life† (Federal Bureau of Investigation 4).   The burning of the SUVs was attributed to the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) which is an extremist environmental movement who strongly believes that SUVs are pollutants because of their poor fuel efficiency. Their strategy is to destroy properties which harm the environment. They are like other terrorists who cause damages amounting to millions of dollars. They claim to be protectors of the environment, but how can they be considered as such if they are sowing terror in society. If this is not terrorism, then what is?
